Cohen was selected for the 2008 Red Bull Music Academy, where he bonded and collaborated with fellow beat travellers Fatima, Dorian Concept, Teebs and others. His beats have already been approved by Benji B, DJ Spinna, Karizma, Gaslamp Killer, Actress and Jazzy Jeff, who even mashed-up one of Cohen’s beats with an MOP acappella when playing in Tel-Aviv. Before embarking on his international conquest, Cohen had already established himself as half of Cohen@Mushon, a local old school throwback hip hop outfit, where he also waxes lyrical on his smooth productions, getting high praise as the Israeli equivalent of ATCQ and the Beastie Boys.
